Hello I follow you regularly. Very nice initiative. I want to raise one concern. I understand HINJAWADI comes under gram panchayat. But getting basic amenities like good roads, street lighting (missing since metro work started), garbage collection, traffic systems these all are missing. I have been staying here for the last 7 years. Apart from getting metro, nothing good happens as an amenities point of view. How to get these basic amenities done in a quick manner? Where to raise concern as a collective effort? Every private township is good but if you look into other tier 2 cities also, the government provides better basic amenities than Hinjewadi. Hope as a growing community, HINJAWADI must be developed like Hyderabad IT city etc. as an example. Please comment and send our concern to the respective authorities. Hoping to see your detailed comments on this. Thank you in advance. If we move in this sluggish manner, HINJAWADI will become a lost city with respect to other big cities in another 20 to 30 years. It's high time all should act fast, so that HINJAWADI can stay ahead.

Sir Please take up the following question for your next Q&A so all of us understand. Many builders instead of constructing the MHADA Flats surrenders certain piece of land to the municipal corporation. In general, can you explain what all things municipal corporation can utilise this space for? Therefore, is it worth buying such flats or shall be der and see new ones? -Chetan T

Metro stations in Pune are constructed like Bus stations. There should not be so many stations constructed near to each other. The total time for reaching point A to B makes sense if there are less metro stations. For 25 kms we are constructing 22 metro stations, thereby increasing costs and timelines as well. One who has to travel nearby any metro station can take commute options which automatically open up once metro is operational. The point of constructing so many metro stations are like increased stoppages thus having more time of travel and automatically people think of other commute options.
@nomadexplorer66827 күн бұрын
@ric... Metro stations world over follow the thumb rule of one km gap between stations. Bus stations are roughly half km. The main advantage of Metro travel is that there are no crossroads and hence no traffic signal stopping. Also, no two-three-four wheeler menace. No pedestrians crossing railway tracks. Hence the journey is smooth and mostly timely. Metro stations anywhere in the country are very clean, pleasant and reliable. Having stations one km apart is correct and proper for commuters. This is a great convenience unlike what you have expressed. I have travelled in Metro lines in many big cities in India and abroad and I think this is the right mode of easy, pleasant, efficient and cost effective travel. Future trains can be Driverless too. The stations can house cafeterias, restrooms, change rooms and cloak rooms too.

I think people who actually planning and executing metro related work are pretty smart and well qualified in their work... Also having multiple entry exit will help in crowd control , distribution of parking space and maintenance... Also people can choose nearest metro station and can walk there instead of using vehicle
@ric30616 күн бұрын
@@nomadexplorer6682 Sir, i know the benefits of metro, lets be honest and Stop talking about the world and stick to Pune. The infra here is not even equivalent to other tier 2 cities of India. Think about the future and from the peoples' mindset. When you have more people travelling daily in Metros, and the crowd. The time to reach from starting to end, just considering the longest travel of time because mostly commuters in Pune travel from main highlighted areas will be way more. When a person has to travel and spend almost 2 hours will switch to road transport which is pathetic but will have no choice. People will start ignoring metros as per my thought.
@SimpleThingsOneКүн бұрын
Point well written. I would like to add one more point to this, given today's traffic and congestion we face in signals, it is better for future traffic scenarios that they would be more stations. Thanks.

Thanks for your hard work and videos. I have a question regarding builders selling flats on higher floors, such as the 30th floor, while having RERA approval (as per the website) for only up to the 17th floor. Can a builder register high-floor flats without RERA approval? If they obtain RERA approval later, how long does it typically take for the update to reflect on the RERA website? (for ex. Shub Tristar)

Kya faida govt agencies paise kha ke sb de deti hai ajkal. Our building did not have even the flats completed or finished with out fittings windows and even plaster at some places ,they demanded money first and then started finishing work per flat ,citing part oc, all these are just tactics by govt to help builder lobby loot people. Worst part is people pay uprfront money without checking all this , our fire equipment in building till date is barely functional uska noc possession k kuch mahine pehle se le rkha tha. Builder ne. Aaj tk demo krke nh dikhaya , point is all this artifacts are just good for discussion purpose.. in real life to enforce it you have to leave everything you do go to courts govt offices and ruin own life.
