Bahut badiya sir. You are true about charoli lohegaon area. It has very less chance of development. This is chaotic area. No land left lohegaon side where you can develop road. Only hope now is road behind pride which will connect kharadi. Not sure how many year that will take.

Can government bring a law to prohibit selling under construction properties, once building is complete with all the formalities complete, builder can sell it. Banks who are providing loans to builder will have to take the risk, why retail consumers are exposed to the risk of delayed possession

Sir Mundhwa ke bridge pe traffic police ke samne sab hota hai , mjhe lgta hai mudhwa pe koi nhi darta traffic police se , fine lagega tab ho log drenge,

The left turn doesn’t make sense though at mundhwa chowk. Over 90% of the traffic goes straight at that route. Marking a separate lane at such a narrow road for 10% of the traffic doesn’t make sense.

I will tell you about Kota a very small city also known for coaching , this city has more flyovers than pune in just 5 years more than 5 flyovers were developed and in pune I hardly see any flyover or underpass , traffic is completely clueless pune if not planned properly it will blast one Day
