Infrastructure wise keshav nagar is quite worst, visit during evening to see reality. Only advantage it has is that its near kharadi and magarpatta, though that benefit is lost due to traffic.

Disclaimer 👍 Though there's quite some greenery but Undir/Mohammed Wadi roads are horrible. Even during little shower the roads flood. There are only buildings everywhere but no widening of roads happening in Undir/Mohammed Wadi area in decades.

The biggest problem in pune is, it's not a planned city. Builders keep on making projects but many of them r suffering for water supply n electricity supply, plus riad connectivity is quite poor n narrow roads, bad traffic n lot of road work going on n on, so u r forced to take alternatives, that takes mire time. Infact, in India most of places r not planned at all. As n when ppl just expand randomly without any infrastructure , which results in big chaos. M actually confused Where to stay eventually😳? 🔱🇮🇳🔱

In Aundh it will be hard u might get a 1bhk with that low budget invest somewhere in nibm

You will get good projects with 700-750 carpet at Tathavde,Ravet, Wakad in this range else try some part of east pune, In the very prime section of Aundh with 60 lkh you will either get big 20+ year old 1 bhk with car park & terrace with good surrounding or very tiny 350-380 carpet new construction if there is any! You may get some resale options in other surrounding parts of aundh but you will probably need to extend the budget if your need is 2 BHK & +

@@meralmaradia4774 I will recommend Ravet, Tathavde in that case, considering flat sizes, water, roads, connectivity & surrounding areas it's the best bet for one with 45-60 lakh budget, it will become pure residential area of PCMC with fastest connectivity to the main central pune city as well as highway, metro station areas for best all round connectivity with comparitively less hassles than Wakad, Balewadi where traffic & water issues are arising still if you want near to main pune city areas you will get few projects with less carpet sizes here.
