Good luck, how would you take people to Hospitals? on a train. or the garbage from each building with a train? and 20 minutes from one side to another and no need to stop every 2km for passengers getting on and off the train, also schools with train. This project sounds more like along wall and not a city. What about if there is fire inside, do you need to go on the train to exit the city, what about if you lose electricity in a war? will this city cook everyone inside? .. "THE LINE" could be a theoretical start right now but engineers will definitely find some way Like 1:- 20min travel distance end to end can be done in 30 mins 2:- the tall glass panes doesn't have to be one single pane. 3:- the line doesn't have to be continuous end to end , they can make big openings every 1 or 2 km apart. 4:- the survalance system is nessesary but this is too much. i am residing in saudi arabia 🇸🇦 and in my opinion , saudi arabia should need many developments like Education , management , Healthcare , infrastructure and many more, rather than Tall buildings .. it's easy to make such kind of infrastructure like LINE , but the question is how they will regulate it ?? I assure that Many projects in NEOM like Trojena , Oxagon and islands can be implemented , may be possible , but i have doubt on LINE , because it is something beyond imagination.. Recently Saudi arabia stoped many projects in jeddah like King Abdullah Economic City (Free Zone) and Jeddah Mile tower (taller than burj Khalifa) for several reasons .. And saudi arabia should implement many Laws and regulations in order to attract many foreigners and foreign work force , and also it need to abolish Saudization system (a system which many jobs and positions reserved only for Citizens saudis) ..
