I’ve had my synergy sauna for two years but honestly stopped using about a year ago. It does have a very strong smell never went away. So it always concerned me. After listening to you wondering if I should not ever use again as I was thinking of starting up again. Now I’m concerned.

Hemlock or poplar would be my choice… preferably from a company with mild odor lumber, some are stronger than others.

Curious how long it should take for a Radiant Sauna to arrive to the US? I ordered mine and paid for it 13 days ago and have heard nothing lately, so I emailed and called today, had to leave a message every time. They said they sent me a tracking number to my email but never did because it is 2023 and email addresses are easy to search and look in spam folders especially when you know the email address of who they said sent it. I asked for the original tracking number that was sent, and was told it was invalid and that is the reason they couldn't give it to me now. So far I am not impressed with their customer service but will see what they say in the next few days. I am very close to telling them to credit my credit card and just buy one locally.

Where’d you buy it from? They ship from the USA, I’m guessing you bought one somewhere else? Are you in the certified sauna community Facebook group? You can get customer service responses same day

@@matt-justice I bought directly from the website and used your code. They said it was being sent from Seattle Washington but there was some miscommunication with the shipping and some other excuses. The one person I spoke too was super nice Jean I think so I am probably just doing to have them go ahead and re send or whatever they have to do on their end. I am basing my purchase on all your great reviews and videos. If not for that I would probably cancel and just run 1 mile to place I bought my hot tub and get one of theirs and have it delivered and setup.
