SAUSAGE KALE SOUP FOR WEIGHTLOSS | QUICK DINNER SOUP

Easy Kale Potato And Sausage Soup Recipe. Hearty soup, packed with sausage, potatoes and kale, perfect for a cold winter day. Very quick and easy to make.
Ingredients:
8 oz sausage ( i used turkey sausage)
1/2 onion chopped
3 large potatoes( you can use cauliflower if you want low carb)
2 carrots
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp cajun seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp chili flakes ( optional) gives a little kick
salt
pepper
32 oz chicken broth ( i used bone broth)
KALE ( i used half a bunch) use as much as you want.

awww go glad you guys are gonna be together for such a wonder occasion. Happy Birthday to the boy.. please tell him his aunty said that. Trying to be positive.. living alone husband 10000 miles away it is little tough.. but making it everyday. i got 4 cats now.. Yes. You can add corn starch or flour. Trying to make carb less as possible. Since it got potatoes already. Some soup just fine thin. This is one if them. Thanks.

What kind of sausage are you using? In the UK the sausage meat is made from pork and is softer so won’t be as amenable to cutting into thin slices (same with other sausages like turkey or beef).

I make a version of this with sliced chorizo sausage, I don't add chicken stock, just water and some tomato juice, sometimes a dash of orange juice too, and some extra paprika, it's delicious.
