This is going to sound really silly, but I'm a super anxious person and I *do* get easily overwhelmed when cooking, but lately I've just been going "okay, wait, no... think like Donna, think like Donna", and then picturing your demeanor will just instantly calm me down haha. Curtis when onions are cooked they don’t taste like a raw onion! Flavor but you still won’t taste raw . First of all I love the pot you are using! The coated cast iron are great for soups and stews as well as chili. That is what I think every cook needs in their kitchen. I can eat soups, chili and stews all by year around. I need one please!
