昨天T&T 的 canner lobster 正好on sale, 买了四支,按照阿姨的步骤依法整治,下面还搁了橄榄油热拌伊面作底,成品色香味俱全! 个人技术总结: - 龙虾处理好之后要沥干表面的水分再上淀粉,否则会造成面壳过厚 - 油温要高,表面的淀粉才会快速封闭成型,否则会吸取过多油腻 This channel is an INSTANT subscription for me. 受益匪浅!特地来此致谢!!

I think you should have left the lobster in the freezer longer than 10 minutes, because it was still moving when you were draining the urine. Thank you for the effort, though.
