Shasavasana really helped me to overcome anxiety. As you say put your chin little bit closer to the chest..when I put my chin closer to chest I am not comfortable as m not able to breath out easily through the nose. And also I would like to ask you that while doing shavasana the saliva produces in my moth, can I swallow it when in shavasana? Or hold it till it completed ?

Nice explanation sir. But i have a doubt that, this savasan and other bed time asanas are to be practiced on the bed before sleep or on the floor and then shift to bed.

Namaste Reddi Narasimha Rao ji. Shavasana is a very important Asana. It should be practiced at the end of every yoga class. At that time you can do it on the mat, on the floor. It can also be practiced on the bed before going to sleep. No need to be on the floor, do shavasana and then come to bed. Namasthe @@sandeepsolanki7868 sir, i had seen yoga before bed video. My discussion of point is referring to the yoga before bed time . You mean to say that these asanas can do on the bed, so that they help for better sleep.

Hi, I was diagnosed with early lumbar spondylosis. Dr checked my back x-ray and said that the radiating pain from my lower back to right leg is most probably because of nerve compression. Can I do Shavasana for 30 min everyday to end pain?
