It doesn't need to be on that difficulty, they also show up on hard. The only problem is you need a full team because you can only get 1 at a time. I tried to do it solo and wouldn't work

I think on hard you don't get the achievement but the pachi's do show up also I think you can do it solo if you interact with it 4 times (pick up and drop 4x)
