Great video! This guy did it right! The only thing I would change would be to lengthen the exhaust to keep some of the heat off of it to radiate inside the building before exiting.

Wouldnt you want the intake to be coming from the inside so that you recycle the already warm air instead of taking cold air from outside?

Hi thanks for the comment. Yes the whole unit is inside, only the exhaust goes outside
