Her schedule is being dictated by producers, they tell her when to get ready where to go and at what time, if they ran out of time it was the producers that ran out of time not Claire. This is how the show works they pick the dates and how things will go and then tell the lead to say it’s their idea.

Yeah that said a lot when she responded with that. I saw an article recently where Chris H is saying clare wanted the show to end and that THEY didnt kick her off. I guess because Clare is telling people this. But the day before i read an article where an insider on the show admitted that they knew they had to replace her after she gave that group rose to herself. Personally i think the producers did the right thing by ending her run. They have a show to run, including a tried and true formula. And Clare wasnt playing along. She was too worried about her own feelings and wants than the rest of the guys that took time to be there. (Nor did she care that the producers had a show to do- that she signed up for knowing full well what they expected in return.) Really annoying that she immediately closed herself off to getting to know any of the other guys. I'm sure there have been leads that are pretty sure they know who theyre likely to choose in the end, but their able to be present in the moment and are mature enough to at least attempt to get to know some of the guys before throwing all their eggs in one basket. Which is the smart thing to do. Often time first impressions can be based mostly on lust. Anyway i had a feeling Clare would handle all of this poorly when it was announced she was the lead. I literally told my husband that i thought casting her was risky because of the behavior I've seen from her in her prior seasons. So honeslty none of this is too shocking to me. I know this is harsh to say, but theres likely a reason someone as beautiful as her is still single.

Okay but Zach was being hella awkward the whole time. She said it herself in her interview that she was trying to give him a fair shot, but it seemed like they barely had any chemistry in the first place. When you've established a solid connection with somebody else, ofc it's hard not to think about that other person while on a date. Especially when the person you're on the date with isn't making your situation any easier with their nerves. I'd feel the same exact way if I was in her position. And I also don't think she's a bad person for doing the things that she's done either, but ofc she's not a very good bachelorette because she wasn't really "playing the game."

And she got triggered by him grabbing her (which is fair) and she was in her right to go and take time to herself and to calm down. But to literally not even go and talk to him about it? When it was her actions that caused the whole situation! It was so frustrating. Like you force these guys to talk about their past and their “demons” but you won’t talk about yours? Even to help someone grow and to help them understand why you were upset about him grabbing you like that? She never set him up to be successful and especially as a public figure on a nationwide TV show, I think she had a responsibility to talk about what happened and what could have gone better. I think the date was obviously going badly, or at least very uncomfortable. So he probably didn’t expect the kiss. I think she either did it for the show, or thinking it was Dale. But then she decided to blame him. I feel really bad for him that he got that edit later on him like he did something wrong. Yes the grabs were awkward but they weren’t meant in a bad way, he was just trying to let her know he wanted to kiss her. No one has even mentioned how rude it was for her not to show up for the evening part of the date. She is so selfish.

My biggest problem with Clare is that she acts very... childish for her age. She's lusting after Dale, but we haven't seen them have much interaction besides making out, we haven't seen them actually converse in deep conversation. Jason, Riley, and the rest of the men have been shown doing that, except for Dale. It was extremely childish and tacky for her to cancel the date last minute and kept them waiting all day instead to do a cocktail party and flee off with Dale and then be caught saying how she wanted to rush through the rest of the dates with the other men. It was awful that she sent Zach away and claimed he backed away from her when it is on FILM that he did no such thing. She left him utterly confused and then tried to claim it was sexual harassment when Zach was left in the dark and confused about why she pulled back and to send Chris Hansen to do the rest was awful. She had no right even calling Dale her fiance when he hasn't proposed. She wasted the men's time and I cannot wait for her to leave and for Tayshia to take over this trainwreck of a season.

Is anyone gonna call Claire out for how she’s handling this. She has every right to fall in love with Dale she doesn’t have a right to play with the other men though. Also I don’t think Zach did anything horribly wrong she wanted out of that date and that was her door marked exit and she took it.

No doubt. I actually feel bad for him as she clearly didnt want to be on the date with him at all. And he was beyond excited. And as much as i didnt care for how he responded to her pulling away, I dont think hes a bad guy..

Omygod what a rushed episode. I can’t wait for Tayshia’s time to begin!! Also, you should listen to Nick Viall’s podcast with one of ABC’s producers, they teased Tayshia’s time at the end PLUS in the beginning they talk about DWTS a bit. And speaking of a cross-over: did you know years ago there was a possibility that Chrishell Stause was gonna be Bachelorette??? 😱 my mind was blown

@@powergirl0220 I'm guessing he doesn't send anyone home on night one. Has that ever happened before? I assume they have to quarantine just like Clare's men did so it would make sense to give everyone a chance.
