Hopefully will improve - but hard to imagine at this time of year. Thanks as always for supporting the channel! Really appreciate your kind words and warm wishes 🥰🙏🎄🍷🍷🍷

Yes!!! We're doing better but there's room for improvement. 😂 We really need to look into memory foam. Our IKEA mattress is not cutting it. Nice yoga setup too. What is a neck harness??!! We'll need to try it then. Loving all of these tips, Karen. We have a back massager but it's not the best. Time to upgrade. We'll need to check out Bob and Brad as well. Not sure about Mongolian throat singing though. Hahahaha

I need a neck harness and the inverter! I have such the back problems! I’ve been doing yoga about 4 times a week and hoping to get into a daily practice. That’s been helping my neck and spine a great deal! If you don’t mind sharing trade secrets, how the heck did you do the thing where you drew a green rectangle on the screen? Your editing is always goals for me!

Also check out Bob and Brad. They have such good advice. Truly. About the green rectangle - so easy you would not believe. Do you have Premiere Pro? I will try and send you the link of the tutorial I used...

Hello Karen, We borrowed an inversion table. My husband enjoyed it but It made me nauseated. I can not lay flat on the floor because of the inner ear dizziness. I liked the neck cradle that you used. I will be looking for that. this was great. I am amazed that more people haven't found your channel. 💕NonnaGrace

You know, I have a bit of an inner ear thing going on at the moment and haven’t been able to use it either 😂. Hope it clears up soon. The neck harness is really good. It even came with a blindfold and ear plugs. Meant to be a total relaxation experience 🥰🎄🙏🍷

Ah yes. The “carry the children” years. We always used those great strollers in Disney - even when they were 3-5 years old. Then they just hopped on and off at will ... I would have been crippled without those 😂. Hope you are having a fab time 🙏🥰🎄❤️

Work has become incredibly busy over the past couple of weeks and I haven’t had the time to make any more vids. Ideas in the pipeline. Will hopefully push out a video this week if I can. I feel I am at a bit of a crossroad with my channel at the moment so that has stalled the creativity too. But it is giving me more thinking time. We are all well here thanks. I hope all is well with you too I know you have also been very busy with work.
@RenLuuk3 жыл бұрын
Well, Chris, we all face crossroads at times. Taking a break for me is what makes a big difference. I just need that time away. And the reality is that it is supposed to be fun - and an unpaid hobby. So a bit pointless getting stressed about a hobby, right? I’m also up and down at times. Right now I have so many ideas and so little time. But we muddle on 👍🍷🍷🍷🍷
@ChristopherAlbone3 жыл бұрын
We do muddle on indeed. I completely agree. It is a hobby that should be fun. So I have been taking this time out to take stock and think about what I want to do and the things I don’t. But that being said, every video is learning; something new.
