Like others here I'm curious about the bottom drain. I used to install them regularly, but since switching to Aquascape I haven't. I assume it's a customer request to reuse it. I'm eager to see if you are able to gravel the bottom and shelves like usual. As always, great work so far!

Very nice! This is the firt time I see you guys install a BD on a pond. Care to illustrate a little what makes you guys build a BD in this project?

The customer who built it himself had installed it. He wanted to keep it, so we reinstalled the existing back into our build :)

What’s the point of having the bottom drain? And that is some major lower level pruning job to all those trees/shurbs against the fence, that may never recover. What’s the landscaping plan for that it currently is a horrendous eyesore, I know you needed the room. More to be revealed 🤷🏻‍♂️
