Saving Yardlong Bean Seeds (Long Beans)

Thank you!! I just found already-mature purple yard long beans in my garden (we inherited the garden when we moved in) and I have been struggling to find information on how to use them, since everything is about how to use them early. You answered every question I had, so glad I found this

I am attempting to grow these long beans for the first time this summer and I am definitely going to save some of my seeds. Many thanks for making this video on this subject.

Can you just cook these bean seeds? Any suggestions or ideas of how??? The ones I have seem pretty tiny.

Can I plant the young bean seed ? Or do I have to wait til they matured and dry out,
