Recipe is good but in sindhi culture there is no biryani.we sindhi only made pulao..cook meat with onion potatoes tomatoes and sabut garam masala.pour water into shorba and add rice..

Sorry to say, there is no Biryani recipe in Sindhi cuisine. This is not Sindhi food, This rich and Royal food belongs to Karachiiets, they brought this recipe with them and just has added potatoes in it and given the name 'Sindhi Biryani', In Sindhi cuisine there is rice with normal spices called Bhatt. They have normal foods not rich royal or shahi khaany.
