Soft And Fluffy Mini Pancakes No Mixer Needed

How to make a soft and fluffy pancakes. You can double or triple this recipe too :)
Here's what you'll need:
2 egg yolks
1 tbsp oil (15ml)
2 tbsps milk (30ml)
1/4 tsp salt (2g)
1/2 tsp vanilla (3ml)
1/3 cup cake flour (35g) you can use all purpose flour too
1/2 tsp baking powder (2g)
2 egg whites
1/2 tsp white vinegar
1 and 1/2 tbsp sugar
