God! For real. I totally agree about commentaries. I go little crazy whenever I have to read through a page of commentary just to get to a biscuit recipe. Ingredients, time, temperature, and techniques are all I need. Save the stories about grandma for somewhere else. Also, this is a great video!

Just subscribed. I like that you just get right to the preparing, no talk, nice music, and great camera work. It makes it much easier for me to learn.
