Ingredients:
550g flour (or 200g medium, 350g strong)
230g milk
14g fresh yeast ( Instant yeast 5g, active dry yeast 7g)
1 medium egg
30g sugar
10g salt
50g flavorless oil
For the filling
prociutto cotto (cooked ham)
provolone cheese ( mozzarella, or cheese of your choice)
to brush
1 egg yolk
1-2 tablespoons milk
sprinkle with mixed of dried seed
poppy seed
black and golden sesame seeds
Bake in preheated oven 180°c or 350°f for 25-30 minutes
28-30cm baking pan
