Fun Fact: There was an alternate ending where Rigg didn't go through the door and he let Art and Eric try to save themselves. But they failed and Eric still died. Hoffman would walk up to Rigg and say something that shocks Rigg. Rigg would then collect himself and try to go after Hoffman. But instead he would run into Strahm and they would aim and shoot at each other and the film would cut to black.

There was an entire alternate script where it was Matthews game trying to save his wife from the ice block, rather than Rigg saving Matthews. Matthews was set up to look like a Jigsaw accomplice, especially since he'd just spent 6 months trapped with Jigsaw, so he had to complete all his tasks whilst on the run from the police and FBI. He saves Hoffman from a trap who accompanise him through the second half of the game, so Hoffmans actually developed more rather than being gagged and tied up for most the film. The entire alternate script is leaked online and way better than what we actually got. The opening of the film was the remainder of Jeff's game too where he had to forgive Lynn's lover to save his daughter. Way better.

Hey, i figured to suggest this since you guys started watching the saw movies. Years ago vh1 had a reality acting competition show called vh1 screem queens- where women would compete for a role in the 6th & 7th film. It was actually funny, they had 2 seasons with 10 episodes each & run time was around 40 mins. Just a thought before you started watching the 6th & 7th, lol. It made me like the characters more. Well, actually the winner of season 1. She definitely deserved it.

These movies are like one big pardon the pun jigsaw puzzle. In the up and coming movies you get answers to your questions about this movie and others. That's why when people say these movies are nothing but blood ,gore and violence. I have to go are you actually watching a movies because there's like 5,000 layers. In the movies thare are connections and things that are not revealed until the final movie even from the original movie. So to say these movies are nothing but blood and gore you clearly have not seen the movies. I read in a comment you have the movie Terrifier on the list. I actually recommend Watching All Hallows Eve first because. Put it this way Art first appears in all Hallows Eve. Things from that movie carry over to Terrifier and also into Terrifier 2 so the Art the clown. Movie related events start in All Hallows Eve carry over into Terrifier and then into Terrifier 2. By that I mean there are nods and references to All Hallows Eve in Terrifier and Terrifier 2. Will it ruin the movie if you do not see All Hallows Eve no but it will help you understand where certain things come from. It will also prepare you for the next movie because it goes up in blood and gore. Think of it as All Hallows Eve level 1 Terrifier level 3 Terrifier 2 level 5. I know that leveling up may not make sense but put it this way every movie they pushed it to the limits for next movie. Basically they went okay we got away with this level let's turn it up two more notches then they got a anyway with that so they turn it up two more notches. Also based on this movies reaction looks like only one of you is ready for that movie franchise. That is Drew because in this movie when the one girl is getting scoped he was fine. Thats the kind of stomach so to speak you need for the movies with Art the clown. Because if you can't stand someone almost completely getting sculpt to that degree. You have no business watching any movie with Art the clown I'm not trying to dictate what people watch but you got to be mentally prepared to handle what's in those movies. Because put it this way when it comes to Art the clown even jigsaw or John or Amanda his former Apprentice. Would go we did some messed up stuff to people but Art you need to seriously get help. These games are like amusement for Art the Clown because if he was behind it would be 50 times worse with no chance of survival. I just want to make sure you understand what you are in for with All Hallows Eve , Terrifier and Terrifier 2. Because I have seen other people jump into those movies because of Terrifier 2 being talked about. When they we're not ready for that level of hardcore slasher movie. Let's just say there was a lot of cursing as they watched the movie and whore reacting to what was happening on screen.

@@SomethingCinema I figured being up All Hallows Eve because it's technically a Anthology movie. Because it's about different stories but it is Arts first appearance in a movie. If you will think of it like this it's writer and director had an idea for Art the Clown. He put him in All Hallows Eve first then I guess people wanted more of him. He also wants to do more with Art so he planned Terrifier after that Terrifier 2. Basically it's writer and director when thinking of All Hallows Eve with Art the clown in it. Was thinking about other movies around Art at the same time so when All Hallows Eve with Art the clown. Was made he was already planning Terrifier and same thing afterwards with Terrifier 2. So All Hallows Eve is not an official Art the clown movie. As far as the Terrifier movies because it's got a different name but it does kind of start Art the Clown. Its kind of like the first appearance of Spider-Man and Superman in comic books. They were in a comic book that had a generic name I've forgot what it is but it wasn't called Spider-Man or Superman. It's only after those first appearances and people liked those characters that the Spider-Man and Superman comics were officially made. Same thing with Art the clown he first appeared in All Hallows Eve. Then he got his own official movies After All Hallows Eve basically people seen him and they went we want more movies with him. The writer and director went okay then he went to Public funding people funded it then Terrifier was made. Then the same thing with Terrifier 2 people wanted more okay same deal but the only difference between Terrifier and Terrifier 2. Is someone that actually had a movie studio wanted and provided funding for Terrifier 2 as well. Wich is also why it got movie theater releases this time unlike Terrifier which did not. Basically it's writer and director of all the movies wanted to make movies for hardcore Slasher fans. Like himself so that's what he did if you don't like his movie he does not care it's not made for you obviously. What is probably why Terrifier 2 did so well and is possibly doing well in movie theaters that they had to keep adding more theater time. Which is something all movie writers and directors need to learn from Terrifier 2. That is you only listen to the fans of that movie that trust you they don't ask you to change anything. They go we like what you did please make another one thats all they asked. They seen Art in All Hallows Eve and he's brutal he's sadistic an they went we want more. It's writer and director went okay you want more I will give you more. After Terrifier they went we want more once again he went I'm happy to oblige. He didn't care about anyone outside of the fan base for that kind of movie and the movies are success. Put it this way I pre-ordered Terrifier 2 the limited collectors edition. That's saying something considering I don't pretty much pre-order anything I order it when it's going to come in a week or so. But as soon as I heard Terrified 2 was going to be made I knew I was going to get it after I seen the movie I pre-ordered it. Because it's writer and director knows what the fans want because he is a fan himself of that kind of movie an delivers it. With no apologies you don't like it he does not care. Because that's the problem if most modern day Hollywood movies. They that being the writers and directors and movie studios listen to the small group of people. That make demands such as you have to have people like this in the movie you have people like that and so on and so on. Those movie suffer in movie theaters because the ones that make those demands hardly go to the movies or see movies. They just like making a list of Demands and having people fill out check boxes instead of actually making a good movie. But seriously the writer an director behind the movies All Hallows Eve , Terrifier and Terrifier 2. I seen something on KZbin where he was responding to people needing paramedics during Terrifier 2 in movie theaters. Basically he said no one likes to hear that people walking out that's fine but physically getting ill not so much. But he said those people probably never seen the first movie. Because if they seen the first Terrifier they would know what to expect in the second movie. So it's only Common Sense you watch the first movie before you watch the sequel. The ones physically getting ill and needing paramedics probably never seen the first movie and are going into the second one blind. So that's on them if they're going into it blind so I should not and I will not put a warning before my movie. Because if you're going to see Terrifier 2 without seeing Terrifier first that's on you. Basically he's saying I don't care if you don't like it if you find it to bloody and gory you should have watched the first movie first. So basically he's saying it's not a good thing to hear but he's not apologizing and he won't apologize.

I have no sympathy for Detective Eric Matthews. He got what he deserved. Corrupt, brutality-loving, evidence-planting POS that he was. Same for the S.W.A.T. cop Riggs that got it in this one. In Saw II, the only cop willing to stop Matthews from brutalizing Jigsaw was Kerri. Riggs held her back when she tried to stop him. I'm sorry, but in these movies, it's Jigsaw I'm rooting for. Especially when it's Jigsaw vs cops or Jigsaw vs criminals.
