Hey Sandy, thanks for the great review on this light, well presented and entertaining! Was reading some of the comments on this vid below an notice people saying about not seeing lite up at the end etc.. an like you said.. it’s at the end of the vid, people must not be watching to end I guess.. anyways I watched to the end, and I thought it was great! How’s the light held up over the last 4yrs? I’d like to get something similar for my place. Anyways Sandy, it’s nice checking out the older vids! Such a great channel all around! Andrew from NB :)

It doesn't have a dusk to dawn setting so it will trigger in the middle of the day and the lights will come on. Just a motion sensor this might help some people in their application.

Hi Manuel. Firstly, sorry about the late reply. I just noticed that a few comments went into the wrong folder and I didn't seem them until today. Since you're doing a review, it would have been best to "fire them up" on THIS video.... not wait for your next one. I was going to thumbs up this video until I got to the end and found there was no testing of the equipment. Instead you got a thumbs down because I have no idea if they are even any good. I would have to go look for another video to find that out and I'm not willing to do that. I already gave you the time for this video but you didn't stop to consider that I would want to know if it was worth my time and money to get these. That indicates a video that's not truly thinking about your viewers.

So how often do you have to clear the snow off the panel being at that angle?

In keep the solar panel vertical and I never sweep off any snow. If the snow is blowing it sometimes sticks for a little while but often just falls off unless it’s freezing rain. They always seem to turn on regardless of the weather

There are 3 settings for time that the light stays illuminated 30, 60 and 120seconds. It will stay on continuously if you are moving around in the area just in front of the light as then the motion detector is activated. The timer seems to start once no motion is detected for a few seconds.
