There is a place in Walland, Tennessee, called Rocky Branch Community Center. It’s an old school. On Friday nights, they have jam sessions in different rooms. And in the parking lot sometimes. Admission is free. If you play an instrument you can bring it and join in. I’m telling you…there is nothing better.

Tell you what Nathan , you really put a lot of thought into how the shot is going to look to the subscribers . That shot of the camera being on the poplar as your chop saw came down was almost artistic and I know I speak for most when I say thank you for taking that amount of time and effort . Cheers mate 👍🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Absolutely awesome content Nathan. I’m over here in the Shenandoah Valley, and some folks here have been talking about Carter Fold. I need to get over there. My father originally told me about it before he passed this year. Love your channel, and this added a new dimension to the greatness. By the way, the way you explain the moulder and other parts of your process is spot on. I learn so much!

That kiln looks like it works really well. I noticed the pallets of wood had no strapping to apply pressure to keep the lumber straight and there was minimal bowing or cupping. I have my shop climate controlled, you are going to enjoy it. Shop is looking nice. Good video all around.

Haven't seen much of the new puppy lately. Hope he's doing well. The Poplar looks good, we tend to use Knotty Pine or Cedar for the same sort of interior work over here in the Piney Woods of East Texas. I really enjoyed this video Nathan. The shed is coming together beautifully. What a great space and the door looked great, Really nice hand work on that. The Carter performance space was beautiful. I noticed the floors and how beautiful they were. I went to a place in West VA a few times when I lived down that way years ago. I would catch the blue grass band called "The Seldom Seen" where at a place called "Mountain Stage" in Charleston. Always a fun time and great players. Thanks for reminding me of those nights.

Bruno should be helping you do this work in the shop. He'd learn more than you'll believe. I started helping my Dad when I was around 7 or 8, cutting grass with a riding mower, building things, carrying fire wood etc. Chores are good for a kid, they build good character. But of course, there should be some play time too.

Nathan, a few questions: 1) You, previously, mentioned you sold of your edger. Why did you sell it? 2) Do you plan on getting another one? 3) Why did you align the vertical ends, of the ship-lap, on that back wall, instead of staggering those joints? (just curious) 😁✌🖖

That mini split will work great until you turn on your dust collector. Then you will be paying to cool the air and then blow it outside at what 1200 cubic feet per minute? Will the AC keep up? That could take your power bill to a new level.
