Great video! Stayed here for 45 days last September and it was well worth the money. Very comfortable condo with plenty of space with good cable and very fast internet. Another plus was that it was a very quite condo and I very rarely heard any noise from the outside, basically I had absolutely zero issues while staying here. At the time I wasn't certain if I was going to pull the trigger and decide to stay long term (retire), but after consulting with Claudio it became clear that this was the time to go ahead and stay long term in Thailand. Not only was Claudio a great host that provided an awesome condo to stay in, he also provided contacts to help me with getting my Thai drivers license and completing the process of getting a bank account and my long term Visa.

Maybe it should have been mentioned, that the location is in the middle of where you want to be, but still it's a quiet area where Urban is located, one street off Second rd, close to Avenue shoppingmall, that has a supermarket with a lot of foreign food and also close to soi Diana and LK.

It was mentioned in this Video, no Short Stay rental under 30 days are absolutely not Legal in Thailand. Hotels are issued a license so that they have a permit for daily rentals.

Grand Avenue is a brand new building Complex with 778 Units and only 1 main Gate, on top it has plenty of Airbnb units. The Urban has just 78 units per building and most people that live at the Urban are the Owners and we all know each other. So you paid 25k for a small size condo ( I assume it was a Studio ). Just avoid doing any business with any other person than doing it by yourself. Pattaya can be paradise, so keep it this way. Cheers.

If people want to switch from Airbnb, it’s best to do it in person with an agent for a 3/6/12 month agreement. Costs are cut nearly in half compared to any other month by month services. Yours included. Btw it’s a bad business model to reply in bad taste to someone who has a critique. That’s likely the attitude you’ll give whenever someone has a problem with a broken outlet, or light fixture. Good luck
