In the second half of this audio, Sayagyi answered questions from a meditator. in it, he emphasized the great importance of observing body-sensation or kayasamphassajhā-vedanā and explained why, which is in some way a recap, to some extent, of what he said in the first half. He also said that the yardstick to check whether one is practicing is true Dhamma is to see if the practice is in accordance with 37 bodhipakkhiya, and he explained in detail how being ātāpi, sampajāno, satimā, a meditator is ticking all 37 bodhipakkhiya, i.e., practicing as the Buddha wants us to practice. Those of us who have completed the Satipatthana course will see Sayagyi U Goenka's discourse in part of this second half of Sayagyi U Ba Khin's discourse. Later on, he explained various stages of development in Vipassanā: udayabbaya banga, baya, ādinava etc. It is taking me a while to complete the transcription of the rest. Please bear with me and I hope to upload the subtitle soon. I initially planned to upload this subtitled video only after the completion of the transcription of the entire file. But as it may take a while to complete, I've decided to share the completed first half. May all of you get great inspiration from these talks and help in strengthening your practice. Please do not hesitate to alert me of any errors or inappropriateness in the subtitles. With metta and gratitude, T
