I started following channels because they start with “normal people” upgrades. And when they get big it comes a point that I just unsubscribe. They are swapping engines, big sponsored builds and parts. Good for them, truly, but I just stop watching since it is not very realistic for me to do those kinds of projects. Great to finally see a creator recognize this and not fall into that!

Still use a ground tent because I like to set up camp and go wheel… Every channel when they start to get big start testing 3000$ rooftop tent, 40k offroad trailers… 3k in batteries and solar… ridiculous, they even repeat reviews. I want doable diy’s to be more time out instead of a garage.

@@pjetrsinishtaj7499 well, I changed the rock rails out for larger side steps and I believe they were the reason the side airbags didn’t go off. Just an FYI incase you’re looking at getting new ones 👍🏼 Driver side was destroyed, both flares ripped off, drivers side front tire pushed in about 6-8 inches, and the front of the driveshaft was laying on the ground 🤦‍♂️

I have watched your channel for about 6 months before I came home with my 23 High Tide in HV. Had the Bikini been available last year I think that would be the color in my drive. My first experience with wranglers was in the 90s when I was a toddler. My aunt had a black YJ and I remember ripping around Los Angeles with the top off. That spurred my obsession with jeeps. I now have a 2020 JTR and can't see myself driving anything but a Wrangler or Gladiator in the future

Congrats. I've been waffling on ordering a JL since they came out. The bikini was always my favorite color, and combined with the other 2024 upgrades I figured it was time. I kept an eye on the manual orders and recalls and finally decided to do my build last week. The day after you posted that the orders were closed. Luckily, my second closest dealer had a canceled build that just arrived, and it matched my build spec EXACTLY. So I left work and grabbed my first NEW wrangler. 2024 Willys unlimited 6 speed in bikini blue, hard top and convenience group. Also felt like the end of an era. Hope to see you out there, we're not too far.

Man you talking about your son reminds me of my daughter. She's 2.5 now and absolutely loves when I take my doors and the top off. She talks all the time about "Daddy's blue car." I tell her it'll be her blue car one day because I'm never getting rid of it, being a manual transmission. I'm confident with proper maintenance it'll make it until she's old enough to drive.

Our first JL was my wife's 2019 Sport S in Bikini Blue Pearl. Absolutely LOVE that color, and I'd say thats the best color they've offered in the JL. I went with Hydro Blue on my 2022 Rubicon XR, and although I get compliments on the color, I'm still jealous of the Bikini Blue Wranglers. Great addition, Matt.

Love the color, not a fan of the red seats though! Katzkin future upgrade video. I waited 7 months for my 2023 392, had a blast for 6 months, you can only go from 0-60 so many times before you get in trouble, it was a blast, but believe it or not, I don't miss it. I sold that 392 and bought two brand new 2023 Jeeps, bought my wife a 2023 2 door and myself a 2023 Mojave, both have gone through major upgrade's, will send pictures when the weather is a little better, Enjoy the ride!! again love the color!

I am in South Africa and just traded my fully built 2015 JK for a JL yesterday. I 100% agree that the build is the best part. I wish we had access to everything you guys have in the US, i tend to import most parts directly but it gets pricey. We dont get the 392 so my jealously levels are high... very high.... Will be watching how this build progresses. Oh, and Kids, my 10 year old daughter already drive my jeep! It is the best family vehicle.

Hey man I love your videos. I just picked up my 2024 high altitude. Only reason I got it was the all metal look and fully loaded. I just ordered my Mopar bilstein 2 lift and falken at3w 295/60/20 tires with an AWE axel back. This is my 2nd JL Ive owned in the last 6 years. If you ever wanna chat for tips I’d love to talk, even considering opening a Chanel because I don’t see many HA owners doing heavy customs. Good luck with your new purchase!

I just returned to the Jeep world with my new 23 JTR 6 speed in Granite Crystal Metallic and I’m glad to be back. But man I would’ve killed to get that color. Absolutely beautiful. I appreciate you guys having nice builds, but keeping it real. The average guy can't afford one tons, 44s, coil overs, rear steer, ect. I've seen guys go crazy and forget their base. I like the simple yet affordable upgrade most people can do. Keep up the good content 👍👍👍
