One small suggestion- 1. Waterborne diseases. Water in Nepal looks clean and pristine as they come from the Himalayan mountains but they might be contaminated with pathogens. Please avoid drinking water that is not boiled as the tap water is not treated. Good thing is that are devoid of any chemical contaminants like in the West. Avoid food prepared with water like pani puri. 2. Food as long as cooked is fine. I am just a bit concerned for the little one. Hope had a good time in Nepal.
