@@TALKWITHSWATHItake a proper proteins ... There is 2 types.of protein we have . Proteins with carbs, 2. Proteins with good fats... Always adjust your carbs should be below 50 GM's... And avoid Soya chu ma and sundal varieties.. Sundal varieties have equivalent.amount or carbs ... Add some good fats with proteins
