Necessary products:
1, 5 kg of veal/beef thigh
1, 2 kg of veal/beef from the breast or belly (fatter meat)
300 g tallow / veal / beef
12 g ground black pepper
5 g ground allspice
10-15 bay leaves
300 ml of water
55-60 g of regular salt
