SBI CLERK is my last attempt to get a job in Banking industry, I'm not eligible for SBI PO ( under 21 as of 1 april 2024 ) , I would crack it i believe but if things went wrong, I will start preparing for SSC for from the next year.

Clerical job is best to prepare for other exam. I have spent 6 month in Indian bank and i think we should consider bank job as backup. Rather we should focus on ssc,rbi,state pcs ,upsc.

Today government jobs are very less in every department . Also their notification is not frequent . Only banking sector today provide a job in great number also in a fair manner...... so if you want a early job and prepare further . Ssc ka syllabus boht vast hai . Usme history geography polity economics static GK sab kuch padhna padta hai .Ssc b itna aasan nahi hai subjects ki wajah se . I have completed MBA. I was preparing for ssc but history polity me thoda b interest nahi aya . Kabhi padha hi nahi . Finance se related hi padha hai bhai to history kyu padhe . Bank ka syllabus is much much better than ssc ka syllabus. Mera to time waste hua ssc padh k . History yad krte raho plus you cannot skip any of those subjects . Poori polity padho. Banking is much better.

software engineer Ko koi glorify nehi karta Hai... par yeh Jo share educators dream job dream job karke bank ki job Ko glorify Kar Rahe Hai yeh problem Hai... reality hide Karna chahte Hai wo sab... no one is saying there is nothing better than software engineer job because everyone knows the reality, but all these educators are promoting banking job as there is nothing better than this and this is the ultimate goal... reality check is important. it's true there will be sales pressures, target based job, you have to sell products on the road like a street vendor, late seating is there, public abuse is there, senior management will also abuse you this is reality. no one is stopping you from joining but reality check is required.
