I’ve out green had the same thought about these lost properties left to to it for want of property tax. And family members that can’t agree on what to do and how to get it done, who gets the money, etc. if it were sold for the property taxes plus a little more, they’d at least get something. But as it is they get nothing. Sell for the property taxes and the price of the last the houses usually are worth nothing in the condition they are currently in because the house are tear downs. With the lot size they could build something beautiful of value with still having a nice yard.
@tammyjantzen90048 ай бұрын
When this happens it's usually because the family can't afford to hire attorneys to gain the authority over the property to even move forward. And if we homeowners can't afford attorneys to prepare for what happens to our house in the event of our own deaths, it will happen to us too.

Because---he's doing KINDNESS in this world, and also, bringing some ORDER out of the CHAOS of neglected and abandoned homes.

U should put plastic down over ur car seats, floor etc and plastic bags over the foot pedals so cleaning up isnt so bad. Or maybe plastic bags over ur shoes when u drive.

Usually your videos are a huge break from anxiety, but I am also severely allergic to poison ivy and sometimes I get anxiety for you when there's a lot of it because I know how bad the reaction can be. Stay safe and healthy!

Thank you for braving the dreaded poison ivy. You made a huge difference in this yard, and the neighbors appreciate you very much. Great video, too. Tell your mom and Mrs. SB, Happy Mother’s Day. ❤️

You and Mrs SB are incredible! You find these places together, she helps you wash down everything when there’s poison ivy! God has been good to you two and with us because you share these experiences with all. Thank you for your stellar examples!

I recommend you obtain some 3m disposable masks and carry calamine lotion and a fist aide kit as well. Spencer God bless you for all that you do.

You're like the Energizer Bunny, you just keep going and going... What a great transformation on this yard Spencer. As usual you came through and made a silk purse from a sow's ear.

I understand about the poison ivy! I am very allergic myself! I can catch it from someone burning the plants from the smoke in the air! Great job though! Love watching your content even power washing! God bless all you do.👍
