Master Mirror I’m still surprised Zerg is as strong as it is. All Zerg needs to do is defend and harass until the 12 minute mark, and unless Terran/Toss have outharrased Zerg then Zergs late game becomes so unstoppably powerful you have no chance of winning. Even if you do win the harassment game you only have a few minutes to end the game before Zerg catches up and overpowers you with their stronger, cheaper, and faster to produce units.

lol, but you have to research it :3 It's usually not seen because of the unit effectiveness - to - cost ratio is really bad for dt's Basically "unit effectiveness" bs means is that DT's usually aren't a great choice because of the fact that detection exists, so why would you get research on a unit that is basically countered 100% of the time

Yeah it's very niche that you can use them because they're quite expensive units and relatively squishy, so investing into the blink usually means you have to invest in a good bit of DT's and you will also need them to do some good damage for this all to be worth it over, say, just getting a bunch of high templar and storming in then morphing archons.

Zerg actually figures out how to deal with over 9000 cheeses of protoss and terran = zerg op. Protoss makes carrier/tempest/archon vs infestor/broodlord = zerg op. Terran doesn't clear creep, gets steamrolled = zerg op. Zerg dies to 9001st cheese = finally zerg loses = zerg op. ... Seems legit.

Several years ago dt blink was put in the game as an upgrade researched from the dark shrine but because it's very expensive, takes forever, has a long cooldown between blinks, and just isnt helpful in a fight no one really uses it
