@@ScalarLearning I don't think it's a typo because it is asking for the greatest change in windspeed (i.e. which has the greatest rate of change). If you think about acceleration, which is the rate of change of velocity, it is measured in metres per second per second. The question is referring to a similar concept. Hope that clarifies things.

I got you. So all you essentially have to know is how to understand SAT language. All you are doing here is setting up a fraction out of the 10 "classifications" which it states in the start of the problem. As you know, percentages or fractions out of the whole is pretty much saying... (the value it is asking for) / (total). So that would be 4 classifications since it is above 11 elements over 10 classifications. 4/10 is 40.

37 wah I simply subtracted 2 from sixteen cause, lowest and highest point lol. 5 years of studying physics and my brain didn't bother to think change in speed means acceleration, so basically the steepest gradient -_-

In both the questions, the general equation is a(b)^x where a is the initial value, or the value of y when x = 0, and b is the proportion by which it decays or increases. For instance, if the question says that the substance doubles every year and the initial value is 9, then the equation will be y = 9(2)^x. So in the 28th equation 0.5 is the proportion by which the sample decays in 29 years. In the 29th question, always try to find the initial value, a, by looking at the graph. Since the value of y is between 5 to 10 when x = 0, the answer must be C. However if the the initial values are similar, you'll have to see others factors or plug in values. Hope this helps.
