The final build update of the Ford Model T Ambulance 1/35, Revell , Armée de terre, France, 1918. You have a tour around the model and see all the details i did. Building this Revell / ICM kit made me think about how scalemodelers sometimes can be very short minded when it comes to their choice of scalemodel topics. But thinking out of the box from time to time helps to keep the hobby interesting!

Hey Chris, very nice painting skill and taste you have applied to the ambulance. Nice work. As adults, I think we can have areas of interest that we focus on without criticizing people with differing viewpoints on this hobby. In other words, lighten-up. Thank you Chris for keeping it fun.

Had to think about your question. Preference, not stubborn. I like AFVs, but watch and enjoy your aircraft builds. I construct aircraft too. I watch and compare my efforts to others. I watch to find inspiration and new techniques. Your ambo is outstanding Chris. When you buy a car, you have a prefference, right?, you are not a kit racist, or stubborn. Just awesome.

I have the same, preference. But to keep it fascinating over time, i think its important to stay open minded to other types of models every now and then

The build looks great Chris, I consider myself an all round modeller, but focus more on WW2, I've done cars, planes, ships, trains, tanks even some SCI FI, but do enjoy seeing a good build.

I am an unapoligizing model "racist!" LAL Some subjects interest me, some don't. Civilian aircraft bore me to tears. Civilian autos... boring. I am interested in wartime stuff. Some racing stuff like Formula One and older rally cars, but I don't build them. On my channel, armor gets the most traffic. That is my viewer base. Aircraft doesn't get as much attention. Personally, I think specific interests are fine. Great video, amigo. And the ambulance turned out great. And I think no weathering was a great choice. Not everything has to be weathered! HOORAY!

Thats a lovely kit and a clean attractive build. You have a point, about modellers living in silos.I model pre war 1939 aircraft , especially WW1, but I used to model Cars and figures. One of my favourite model genres is sailing ships ,especially pre industrial ships, I find them fascinating, but I will probably never model one. SCI-FI is probably the only field of modelling I am not interested in. One of the things I like about your channel, is the variety of models and your good humour. I hope that you successfully build your subscribers. 👍

Heyo Chris, The white parts look absolutely amazing, which paint did you use? All the white paints I've used so far are always watery and need at least 4 coats to work. Also, about the second part of the video. I think scale modeling is about having fun and in part, creating art. As such, we scale modelers just end up building whatever catches our attention. As an example, I myself would likely never build a ship as i'm not particularly interested in them and it seems like they would be a hassle due to the amount of rigging and small details that I would have to learn and also recreate. Thanks for another amazing video!

Thanks for the feedback! I think the thing is, i used white primer for these parts. So appying the white paint was easier than usually

YOOOO! What‘s with the drive-by?? 😂 I ain‘t no racist, scale model or otherwise! But seriously, my interests spread quite widely. I love good afv models (Nightshift, hello??), ship models (building one myself right now), cars (also building one of those aswell), figure painting, diorama building etc. I tell you, i could go on and on… but my biggest love will always be reserved for aircraft. 🤷‍♂️ still, that doesn’t make me stubborn, racist or whatever you may want call me, MAN! 😁😎✌️
