Scallion & Asparagus Salad

I love to grace my table with asparagus as often as I can as it sets the mood for the wonderful early summertime vegetables that are in the markets now. This was absolutely fantastic! Great for keto. Minor changes... I sauteed the veggies, along with a few jalapeno slices...everything else the same.
