When you covered the dough first time and after folding and rolling in the second time !! How many minutes exactly needed for each covering!! . Thanks

You don't need exact time, we are covering after rolling so the dough won't get dry on top. It took me around 15 mins to make 5 katlamas. So the fist piece was around 15 mins before I cooked it.
