Hi Mya! This was a very thorough Ayurveda scalp massage demonstration. The various pressure points esp the one at the highest point of the head/scalp was profound information and resonated with me. This was very helpful. I’m going to try this technique. I would just roughly massage randomly. Plus the pressure point behind the ear... I’m going to message this a friend and see if it will help with the hearing. He had an ear infection and hasn’t opened up yet (though research has shown to take a few years for hearing to return).
