If PCH pays the taxes for you, the IRS considers that income and you would be responsibe to pay taxes on that money. Disclaimer, I am not a CPA. Lol

They took care of 99% of the tax, so its a much more believable $170,000 😂😂 And this is, of course federal state tax. State federal tax is much more, the merchant banker 😂😂 can take care of that.

Any time you receive a message that you have won a prize in a contest you never entered just ignore it. Also no government agency is going to call you to request money. They will first send you a letter on their letterhead.

The first question he SHOULD have asked the scammer is: “If my name was randomly selected as the winner, then you already know my name, right? I want to be sure that I am actually the winner so who are you calling for?” 🤷🏿‍♂️
