When I did long full summer and full fall travel I would book a night or two every few weeks at a motel to combat camping fatigue. It's mentally refreshing
@LetNewAdventuresBegin Жыл бұрын
that is a great strategy to break things up! camping can be heavy on the chores so a day or two at a hotel is a nice change of pace. I will keep that in mind for our future travels 👍

He is funny- he can go from dead asleep to jumping around like a crazy dog when he hears w-a-l-k 😂😂

Way down upon the suwannee river, far , far away. You'll never get a satellite signal, and the old folks like it that way.. (sorry that song is stuck in my head)🙂 Hope you guys had a productive trip. Redford is a super cool doggie.

Internet deprivation anxiety isn't just a millennial thing. I'm not even close to being a millennial, and I need internet while out on the road for all the same reasons you mentioned. Plus I Also use my internet to watch movies on my TV, run a security camera, and a tracking device. My camper has it own phone plan, phone number and internet. Of course none of that does me any good if no service is available. I haven't run into that situation but then again, I don't do deep woods type of camping. Maybe get cell signal booster? Anyway, Redford stole the show as usual, especially at the end. Safe travels! Edit: Found this kzbin.info/www/bejne/Z2XXiJx3qNaZgM0

glad to know its not just us 😂 It is hard to be that isolated! we decided if we do another long trip like this to more remote areas a cell booster will be a must...but they are not cheap! Red was being such a good sport on this trip- so glad he got to go with us 🐶
