How does someone fall for a scam where you're told you've won a lottery you probably never entered and you have to pay a substantial amount to receive it? I'm not sure I'd be brave as Mariana and go into some of those neighbourhoods asking people about how they are scamming innocent people out of their money. I'm sure she was probably never more than a few feet away from someone with a gun on them. From London, UK.

The fact that , that lady is still alive and breathing (the scammer) is well enough proof that GOD has provided for her, if you are still taking in breath and are not converted consider doing so quickly. We dont know when our last breath will be.

The first 2.45 minutes of this were already soooo dead on!🤣 Most times I feel as if most Americans see the rest of the world as merely a simple toy to use however they want. Why should we be so shocked when others take advantage of us as we do them? It is karma. I'm am truly sorry and embarrassed by the behavior.

Mariana reminds me of what we used to say about Vice news journalist interviewing a terrorist, nerves of steel. Fearless journalism. Love it. I will just say my actual reaction to these scammers is a strange mixed emotion like I both hate what they do and that they're doing it and want them to be punished but also at the same time feel a strange degree of pity after your reporting because this crime is obviously aggravated and agitated by extreme poverty in Jamaica, it doesn't help. If these people had jobs that paid a decent wage and were stable, perhaps they could be convinced that even though it wasn't quite as lucrative, at least you didn't risk being thrown behind bars and everything else for it.

There are many poor people in Jamaica and in the world that do not scam, steal or do illegal things to get money. Poor and honest people do exist. Also they should stop making excuses for slavery. Slavery existed everywhere in the world. If they want money, why not put up an honest business with good products to sell to the American people they scam? Also those they scam are not at fault for their financial issues. Their own government is at fault for not forcing those resorts to pay them fair wages.

Aw Tweety you're not going to escape karma...you just remember the feeling that you have right now maybe it'll help you then the roof falls in but I doubt it. Money gotten under such circumstances comes with a really heavy and costly payback...usually with the loss of what you love the most...it gets destroyed right before your eyes in the most vicious way possible. I wish you luck Tweetie....you're really going to need it because karma doesn't need to know your name.

Because most Jamaican scammers aren't satisfied with being mere scammers. They start buying guns and forming gangs. Also, they tend to steal each other's hard drives, phones, lead sheets and "clients" which leads to deadly feuding.
