I ust painted my North facing apartment Benjamin Moore Calm . It is a beautiful base for my scandi adventure. Now, to find the perfect shade of pale grey/off white for the sofa!

Hi Cathy, what about something like Benjamin Moore White Opulence, or Swiss Coffee. Both are warm without the yellow.

This video is great! My daughter painted her room Greek Villa, which I love, and bought a blonde wood headboard with a teak dresser. All the warmth makes the room super cozy. It’s very scandi.

I could do an entire room or house with Scandi just from seeing this. Obviously, if we’re to do that, the first room I would start with and by combining Scandi and Boho style would be a bedroom. The look and feel of Scandi is just crisp, clean, refreshing and…cool and warm all at once.

@@thepaintpeople okay, I remember seeing that now. I remember now. I wish I knew how KZbin just put that advertisement up in the middle of a video I watched but two days ago here of 2022. And I’ve seen it on Bing and other websites. My lord! Did you know that one gallon of that stuff alone is dang near $80? Most of us are about paying that much for gas in our cars nowadays.

I'd be interested in a short video where you talk about yourself-- your background, training, how you ended up here, etc. NOT because I want to examine your credentials, because that is obviously authentic. I'm just struck by how skilled you are in talking to the camera, displaying personality without it getting in the way. Yet you're clearly NOT an actor hired to read someone else's scripts, because your color perception and comprehension is real. The production quality of your videos has steadily improved, but you have been sure-footed from the beginning. So what's the story?

Hi Dennis! It's true, I do have a wide range of experience. Worked in the family business my whole life as a painter, color mixer, and then later in interior design and real estate. In addition, I have a performance background as a singer and youtuber/videographer. So this channel combines all that. Thanks for watching!
