Extremely well done job. Done with great patience. Must complement the manufacturer of the trailer for having fabricated such a sturdy trailer that it did not rupture in spite of over a 100,000 liters od diesel in it.

That scania rotator looks mean. Maybe 50 or 60 ton?
@alansohn8557 жыл бұрын
The design of that rotator is smart with some of the outriggers having side puller and etc. But the weight that it can carry must be limited compared to the ones in North America such as 75 tons and 80 tons
@heuhen6 жыл бұрын
in Sweden max weight on trucks are around 62-64 tons when loaded, here in Norway we are restricted to around 50 tons, more in some places... but that is mostly to what type of roads we have in Norway. so our Recovery trucks are quit powerful. it's quit common to have 1 or more winches that are capable to handle 100 tons or more on these trucks..... (have tested one with a 150 ton winch.... insane, it's all come down to the user, work smart) One I have seen here in Norway (it's not a normal one, special made) is a Scania V8 730 (730hp/3500Nm), it was equipped with 3 x 100 tons winches and 2 x 50 tons auxiliary winches, auxiliary winches are quit often used to hold the recovery truck in position., It's main task was to do heavy recovery on our trucks that transports heavy equipment for the offshore industry and materials for the aluminium plants, so having ability the pulling power is nice to have, the fun part is that the driver of that truck is an engineer.
@phalanx38035 жыл бұрын
you should bring one of your American trucks down here to Australia and see if it can tow one of our road trains about 110Tonne[121.2 Ston] to 140Tonne[154.3 Ston]
@superskrobb4 жыл бұрын
omg..............you realy need's to know the diffirence betveen metric and imperial, max road legal weight in us ackording to federal law is 80 000 lbs (www.zim.com/news/shipping-news-regulations/road-weight-limitations) and this is only 36,2 t metric.........in scandinavia the normal road legal max weigth is 50 t metric or 110231,1 lbs ,but it can vary uppwards to 90t metric (198416 lbs) .Norway 50 - 52 t metric(11023 - 114640 lbs) .Sweden 60-65 t metric (132277 -143300 lbs) Finnland same as Sweden ,but can allow timber trucks up to 90 t metric or 198416 lbs.............

Det var ju trevligt att dom kopplar i handsken till belysningen också, och inte bara luften. I dina tidigare filmer så kör vissa med kolsvarta släp i mörkret...
@Bluescanian7 жыл бұрын
Många gånger slits elhandsken sönder och då lägger man inte tid på att laga det medan man står på vägen. Ska man åka lite längre så brukar de flesta hänga på en ramp eller använda en följebil.

Wait a second, so the tank doesn't have a kind of additional valve at the bottom for situations just like this one?
@Adrian_Nel4 жыл бұрын
@Peter Maksim It has valves at the bottom - indeed it is offloaded using gravity, but to suck the diesel out,you would need to either get the tip of your suction pipe into the diesel (impossible through the valve) or be able to create enough suction on the inverted tank which would either be impossible or have to be so powerful that there would be a significant risk of the tank imploding, and then being irreparable, while these holes can actually be welded closed. I'd bet that that trailer was working within a week at most.
