Good video overall! Some thoughts: * Stick With Me can Vanquish ! It's useful to keep one Hungry Hyena in the Gorge for this purpose. * Feeding Frenzy is expensive, I prefer Whisper on Hakuna Matata or Stampede to move the Heroes, rather than moving the Hyenas * As already commented, LLtK is "may" - if Mufasa is not defeated yet, I would only play Zazu with this, otherwise discard any other Hero - don't want to clutter up your board * I like your highlighting of Shenzi as a discard priority, good points there * I notice you put your "killing zone" in The Savannah - that covers up your top row Fate action, which makes it harder to set back your opponents - I'd recommend putting your Hyenas in the Elephant Graveyard instead. Being able to consistently Fate is more important than always being able to play two cards. * Point of order: Pride (and Desperation) only triggers from discarding cards from your hand, like with the Discard Cards action. It doesn't trigger from discarding an Effect after playing it, or discarding an Ally during a Vanquish action, or discarding revealed/looked at cards from Sleight of Hand or Magic Tomes. Just cards discarded from hand. So it's a bit more restricted.

Wonderful guide. Only one correction, apparently Pride can't be used with "Effect" cards being discarded. Making it have less utility.

Thank you! And yeah I realized this. It only works with the player discarding cards using a discard action. Because of this, I’d say unless you think your opponent will be discarding cards. The best time to keep it is if they’re looking for something they need, If not, just get rid of it because you need to keep finding your hyenas and whispers

@@pineapplegames2563 Indeed. I probably shouldn't be playing Scar, but I've grown attached. But thanks to your guide I'll be moving my army from the graveyard to the Savanah and I'll be using whisper to play Nala/Hakuna Matata to move heroes or playing Rafiki's stick on Zazu so that it isn't in the way later.

Acttaly long live the king say you may play one hero so you don’t have to

Excellent catch! You don’t need to play a hero if revealed by long live the king. However my strategy is to throw down as many heroes as I can, so I generally say to put a hero down. Now, if rafiki is the only hero revealed, that would be the only instance where I would say not to play a hero with long live the king. Thank you for the catch!

Do you have to either discard of leave on top both fate cards for injustice? Or can you discard one and leave the other one on top? The wording is very unclear since they used "each".

You can discard one of the two, both cards, or return both to the top of the deck. I do agree that the wording is confusing!

Still watching (it's a long video ;) ), but I think you're underselling The Savannah a bit. Being able to discard and Fate on the same turn can be very helpful, and you definitely don't want to skimp on Fating!
