Scary and AMAZING super low paramotor Flight over water

Some amazing footage! Though don't be tempted to think shallow rivers aren't dangerous. Even if you crash into it and can "just stand up", the water, even though it flows slowly exerts some extreme pressure and it won't take long to fill your glider and drag you downstream where you'll have a hard time keeping your feet and keeping your head out of water. If you're planning to fly low over flowing shallow water I'd encourage you to undo some harness buckles so you can climb out quickly in the event of an accident. Though don't forget to re-buckle when you climb away from it and don't absentmindedly foot drag the water with them undone. Fly safe my friend and thanks for sharing a great video!

Cold Deep water would be terrible to end up in. Usually I don’t fly this risky but it was kind of off best case scenario.

When the lines are laying out on the grass, either before or after a flight, do plants tend to snag and fray the fibers on the lines?

Not on grass, but in a hay field or when there’s stalky plants then possibly.

Very cool! But there is a limit to the number of times you can get away with flying that close to tree limbs and not catching one eventuality, which going fast over water would likely mess you and your gear up more than would ever be worth it. Be safe!
