I injured my shoulder in color guard and I’ve popped it out of place playing the basketball game at Chuck E. Cheese, worst feeling and always felt like I was losing my breathe. Glad you are okay, I panicked when I saw the post on Tik Tok, 😅💕🥰 love you guys!

Omg you heard the snap. When you've had an injury and this has happened before yet it'll be easily popped out. Been theough this myself a lottt. Its so painful can be so painful it makes you sick. I put it back by laying on a table hold something with weight and slowly bring it back. Will snap in place. But its hard to even breathe bc the movement. Oh its immediate relief. Im so glad she is ok and the screaming and noise didnt cause animals in the water to come investigate. I was a hip hop dancer for 20 years and tennis so my knees and shoulders are F.

That sounds terrible. I’m happy you’re doing ok now. I would love love love to dive. When I was a little girl I couldn’t wait till I could, too bad for me my anxiety, and ptsd have set their selves up so hard in me that I know I’d freak. Too claustrophobic I’d feel like I couldn’t breathe.

So cringey.. you can literally look at somebody and tell they have no business diving take the advice and stay away from scuba diving especially with a physical malfunction such as that.. lucky you were not deeper or you would of panicked and game over it's not for hipsters who just float threw life everything's all gravey I can be a diver "omg yall yall yall its your gurrll"
