Hi, if you at some point would like to try something that will totally help you with anxiety I recommend you to exercise, physical activity is the natural regulator of stress and anxious feelings, it helps you focus thru your day and any type 20 min routine fitting to you, is gonna put you right to sleep with ease at the end of your day, any way it worked for me and i'm a home working person, totally anxy till I started simply do regular pushups and pullups in my apartment's patio lol, on end, being regularly active reaffirms your confidence and breaks that "everything right now feels wrong" edge from daily anxiety, with a confidence of self builded training, you find a calm in your character that nothing else can bring, I describe it as knowing yourself capable of action/control btw it reshapes the overall mind attitude for the better I can promise you that, it makes chill vids like this feel more relaxing altogether. Yes that's what happens to me. I listen to 1 or 2 stories & I'm asleep Then have to go back the next day to the story that I remember last hearing & go from there. It usually takes me a few days to listen to all of the stories 😊 I truly enjoy listening to Being Scared narration!! ❤ Such a calming voice.

I just want to take a second to tell you your the best at these scary stories to fall asleep too.. the other night I was listening to another KZbinr who does the same thing and their video actually caused me to NOT fall asleep because of all the ads. It was actually horrible to be honest. I now only listen to your videos because you don’t do that and it’s greatly appreciated! There’s nothing worse then just about to fall asleep and then BAM a loud ass long as hell ad starts playing and your forced to wake up to turn it off. Not only that the rain/fire noises in the background are even better and your one of the only ones who does that. Y’all deserve to make money doing this BUT if your going to be focused on people falling asleep to your videos then it should be done at the right times at least ya know. Thank you for caring more about your fans and their needs then just money 😊 it doesn’t go unnoticed
