I nean, obviously it's fictuon, but some of these are the least reasons to doubt it. The mother was already unable to cope with the lias when her oldest (now only) child essentially told her the boogeyman did it. Of course she got mad. And cops can be lazy or not think of secret passages, whoch would honestly be a strange conclusion to jump to.

The background reminds me of some Wii Resident Evil 4 (a personal fav, such an underrated game). This is a year old but I’ve been on a search for unheard stories by my dude Being Scared. I love this man’s narrations, has such a great range. Honestly one of the best ones out here right now. My favorites are when he starts in a normal/a melancholy tone and as he progresses he escalates the suspense with his voice. Before you know it you’re actually shrieking down in your seat trying to hide from the crazy dude with a 🔪. Meanwhile, back in reality, people are staring at you while you’re in your 🚘. Calm down Susan I’m fine. I love the beginnings when he starts speaking and the creepy background music is still going. If he trickled a little abrupt background noise (loud knocking, doors slamming, etc) I don’t think I could listen to these anymore. I’d literally only be able to listen to them w other people around in the middle of the day 🙅🏼‍♀️. Great job sir 👍🏻👍🏻
