The fact that the owners believed her, said there were strange forces we cannot understand and that using the diamond for money is what "Millie" would've wanted, makes me think they knew what the cat was all along. And, when Brenda lost her mind when wandering near that fairy territory, I believe when Millie said a part of you would remain forever, makes me also think she meant your soul or mind/sanity.
@Crescent1400 Жыл бұрын
Yeah I think a chunk of Brenda's soul belongs to the fairy cat people.

In the cool autumn air. Under an old tree. Hidden by shadows cast by a full moon. Our Scary Fairy Godmother has creeped in once again to bring us a frightening treat. Beware, and don't get lost in her words or be bewitched by her soothing voice, or else you may never again return to the land of mortals! Thank you again! And Happy Halloween Scary Fairy Godmother!

My friends and family call me the 'cat whisperer.' It's funny when they remember we were a dog family growing up--my mom insisted she was allergic to cats, but stopped asserting that after her ex-husband brought home a tiny female orange tabby kitten that would be her companion for the next 15 years. I quickly grew to adore cats. I still love dogs (and all animals, really, smother me in pets!), but I understand cats the best. The two I have now, black cats from my mom's friend I meant to bring to the local animal shelter but couldn't because of COVID lockdowns, were not socialized as kittens. The day I met them, I convinced them to willingly walk into the cat carrier I brought just by laying my hand inside and letting curiosity do the rest. For the first week, they wouldn't let me touch them. When I say they weren't socialized, I mean my mom's friend kept them in a play pen, and their mom would jump in, nurse them, and leave. Almost no one handled them. So I wasn't surprised. They eventually decided THEY could touch ME and use me as a climbing tree, but would not let me pet them. They still aren't big on being picked up, but some cats just aren't into that. They are BIG on cuddles now. Apollo just wants to burrow into your belly and purrs like a jet engine. He's only just figured out how to sit on laps (he's very sweet, but very dumb. A precious himbo), and he's keen on leaping onto my keyboard when I practice and walking along the keys causing chaos. I wish I was making it up, but he straight up played some sort of smooth, jazz chord transition with his butt, then plopped down and turned on a sick drumbeat. I don't even know how to do that, I had to turn the keyboard off because I couldn't figure out how to make the drums stop. So I guess I named him well. Artemis, meanwhile, has three little white spots on her chest and belly I call her 'moons.' She's smaller than her brother, and I thought she didn't know how to meow for over half a year. While Apollo is often whiny and loud for no reason, she's fairly silent. She's also very good at catching bugs. So I guess she also lives up to her huntress namesake. She loves to sprawl on my back or stomach when I'm sleeping, but she'll eventually move down to drape over my feet. She also ADORES belly rubs. She lolls onto her back and just falls limp, the happiest purr ever. I thought it was a trap at first, but it's legit. A belly rub kitkat, so rare. So I like cats. I moved to a new neighborhood last year, and everyone here has so many cats. I've never seen so many in a neighborhood. Some of them are obvious strays--one I call Skinny Minnie is rail thin and more skittish, but so very sweet. Some I know belong to others--I met the owner of the two cats born without tales, Jasper and Thyme, who look like they're missing their back halves. Sweet boys. Waiting for the bus one day, a cat I didn't know just came up and sat with me, demanding pets. The bus driver asked if she was mine as they pulled up, and I was seriously worried the cat would get run over trying to get into the bus to follow me. And when I come home from work, between one and five cats will run up to me for pets. I've only brought one inside once, during a windstorm with wind gusts of 70 mph, and he stayed in my half-bath because Pollo and Missy were displeased. But they seem to enjoy my company. It's not a complaint, I just wish I had more hands to pet them all with. I'm not sure if any of my furry friends are fae, but it's nice to know one might bring me a diamond one day as thanks. Actually, I'm hoping to befriend the crows around here... Corvids have been known to deliver shiny things to favoured humans.... I guess I'm basically aiming to build an empire on the kindness of creatures, and I think I'm off to a good start!

I'm working on a poem to commemorate another one of your videos. You and your tales inspire me lady. And on my current path, I need to find a way to harness my creative energy. I eventually want to create my own channel, and when I do, I will definitely be contacting you to work together. As someone who has been listening to you since your first videos, thank you for everything you have done and created. Your content has always been solid and has inspired me in so many ways. Keep up the good work, and I will be posting that poem tonight for Samhain's sake.

I think she should call the "nightmare" a more unique name. I know a "Brenda" who was actually the recipient of malicious, isolating, reverse-prejudice, sneaky behaviour from co-workers who would try to assert themselves in a desperately bossy, insecure way against "Brenda" whose only "crime" was enjoying her role with happy enthusiasm. If she dared do anything smart for her attorneys in order to solidify a satisfying work bond with them (nothing to do with her co-workers at all), her co-workers would insert their noses and act cranky and gossipy around her (but oh-so-charming to others)... you get the idea.

A 3-4 hour video is pretty long for me to do. Maybe I'll do a compilation video in the future with stories from multiple videos put together. Would that work? Also, I'll be releasing a novel next year about fairies with the same vibe as this channel. I'm planning to record the audiobook myself. It's not a short book. I estimate it will be around 10 or 11 hours total. This might be an option for you. Feel free to sign up to my mailing list on my website for updates about the book's release date. :)
