In another instance, the Scottish sovereign fund approved a loan to a consultancy startup who’s sole business purpose was in advising businesses how best to avoid paying govt tax, how best to utilise govt handouts and loopholes. The start up was located outwith Scotland, so no taxation/return would have been had by Scottish govt, no matter how successful the business became. Not forgetting her (yet to mature) biggest financial faux pas…… a non retractable govt guarantee of £600m to Gupta at Locabar……… as dodgy as he and his company is!

Sturgeon has held things together through rigid control - dissent is not tolerated. However, she is clearly loosing control. Maybe just for once she could have worked cooperatively with the UK government who are working on their own scheme to be introduced in 2025.
