No, the producers who decided to fire Hinson and hire Tracy and put him in that job did. Tracy is awesome, usually, just not a good fit for this role. Pretty fresh off a TBI also, so maybe diminished capacity affecting his judgement ? Maybe desperate for money, swamped in medical expenses, + work hiatus ?
