The speech was well rehearsed and presented. Unfortunately the title is somewhat clickbait The point completely missed the actual computing side. There was no novel science presented. And no-one should believe that in a few decades from now we are still doing full-scale MDS, for the simple reason that a lot of molecules are just repeating themselves. Unless you actually need simulate a novel interaction or training data you will be able to resort to future machine learning algorithms with a vast AI model just knowing how certain molecules behave in certain environments. That AI approach will pervade every layer of informatics.
